Leadership & Guidance

Comprised of individuals with affiliations to the Kirkwood Stakeholder organizations who are Signatories to the Kirkwood Stakeholders' Agreement and leaders in the community. The purpose of this committee was to provide guidance and management of the Kirkwood HELPS Pilot Initiative and help "steer" Kirkwood HELPS into its next iteration as the support program and services evolved, i.e., Kirkwood HELPS 2.0.  

An Executive Committee comprised of Kirkwood HELPS co-founders and KUCC leadership provides oversight and guidance support (post-Pilot Initiative).

The Support Center Coordinator provides Support Center services and is responsible for: recruiting and coordinating volunteers, weekly lunches,  supplies, budget, expenses, invoices and resolving issues.  The Support Center Coordinator will seek guidance and support from the Executive Committee as needed.
